Homemade Cream of Chicken Soup Mix


4 cups instant non-fat dry milk
1 1/2 cups cornstarch
1/2 cup chicken bouillon granules
1/3 cup dry minced onions
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

To reconstitute (equal to one 10.5-ounce can of condensed cream soup), combine 1/3 cup mix and 1 1/4 cups water in a small saucepan on the stove heat and stir till mixture thickens.
