Stir Fry Chicken

1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 onion sliced
1 red pepper sliced
1 green pepper
1 yellow squash sliced
1 zucchini sliced
8 oz fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1 bunch Broccoli crowns
2 garlic cloves chopped
soy sauce
olive oil
1lb of chicken cut in strips

Marinate the chicken in the teriyaki suace overnight then brown in olive oil over med hi heat Remove from heat when done and wrap in foil to keep warm.

Reduce heat to med. Add the peppers and onions to the same pan with drippings, then the broccoli, garlic and mushrooms, the squash last. Add salt and pepper to taste.

When they have cooked to your desired tenderness add the chicken or steak into the vegetables sprinkle on some more soy sauce. Serve over rice
