Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins.

Directions:
Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hrs

  1. This looks great. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I try really hard to use my crockpot, because those two days we are super busy and cooking is hard for us to do! However, I made a commitment to post on my blog daily (more of a self commitment) so I am always on the hunt for recipes it seems. I must try this recipe. I have yet to find a Hawaiian recipe I like…but this one looks absolutely yummy!

    • Did you toast under broiler after crockpot? Looks roasted. Also- did you serve over rice? Any suggestions for a side?

      • No crock-pot only. I tend to serve with quinoa or couscous on the side (can be over them, its a personal preference, (I don’t like stuff under my food.) My mom did it over rice, but I have never been a big rice fan. Side dish… Its usually broccoli.
